Meghan Markle & Husband’s Photo Drama Risks Future Invites — Expert

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s photo drama, since Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party, seemed to continue. Aside from their pictures taken by paparazzi at the entrance, Kim Kardashian also shared a few snaps with them on Instagram. Reportedly, they were taken down under the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s orders. According to a PR expert, this situation might risk the couple’s future invites, especially in Hollywood circles.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s photo drama ‘confusing’ in Hollywood circles, per expert

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were among the guests at Kris Jenner’s star-studded birthday bash. From Paris Hilton to Mark Zuckerberg, many A-listers were photographed at the event. Paparazzi captured their arrivals while Kim Kardashian and Jenner posted several pictures on Instagram. Some of them included the mother-daughter duo posing with the Sussex couple.

However, those snaps were deleted, leading to speculations about a feud between the married pair and Kardashian. Moreover, the deletion of the images has reportedly generated buzz among high-profile individuals. Public relations and branding expert Natalie Trice told the Daily Mail that Markle and Harry’s move could be seen as “confusing and ungracious” by Hollywood circles.

“This kind of post-party image control can come across as overly curated or even dismissive,” she added. Moreover, hosts would reportedly not appreciate such a restriction. They are allegedly more comfortable with “the natural exposure that comes with high-profile events.”

The expert also claimed that it might send a wrong message, stating that “[the Sussexes] team wants the access, but not the accountability that comes with it.” Meanwhile, there would soon be big events because of the upcoming holiday season. According to Trice, Prince Harry and his wife might be invited to certain parties, but with “some limitations.”

“Hosts may be more hesitant to include them if it means dealing with image management demands after the event,” she claimed. Allegedly, nobody, including high-profile event planners, would like to deal with “post-event fuss.”
