Craig Conover is reacting to Shep Rose’s rant from BravoCon 2025. The Southern Charm star was caught on camera opining loudly at a bar at the Mandalay Bay Resort about Craig’s former girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo. Basically calling the two-year relationship a sham for social media clout.
The Sewing Down South founder was not there. Rather, he found out about Shep’s rant after the fact. And now, Craig is responding to it all during a recent interview.

“My assistant told me about it this morning. And I purposely said, ‘I don’t want to see it.’ I’m aware of like contextually. But I wasn’t there. And I was like, I had a great, knock on wood, a great BravoCon, and I stayed busy,” the Southern Charm star told Jeff Lewis on his show, SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live.
Paige and Craig’s breakup was a tame one. There were questions about whether he had really bought her an engagement ring. But the two reality TV stars remained mostly cordial to each other in the aftermath. Craig expected the same courtesy from Shep.
“I think I’m bummed because it brought me and Paige’s name into it where, and it looks like that was a big topic, but in reality, like, I don’t know, I had nothing but nice things to say about her and it wasn’t like it had nothing to do with us,” he continued.
During Shep’s recent viral moment, he could be heard saying, “It was a sham the whole time, huh? How many more followers did you get? 200?” The statement continues a trend of questioning the integrity of the relationship. The Southern Charm star previously criticized Paige for not getting to know Craig’s friends in Charleston, as well as belittling her podcast, Giggly Squad.
