Robyn Brown claims to have a low-tolerance for “fakeness,” especially when it comes to her former sister wives. As she gets ready to meet up with Janelle Brown and Meri Brown, the last remaining wife is mentally prepping herself to be “real.”
“I don’t really endorse fakeness,” Robyn admits in a sneak peek of the November 23 episode of Sister Wives. “Like, ‘OK, let’s pretend like everything’s OK,’ when it’s not.”
Her husband Kody Brown confirms, “Robyn hates girl games … She reads nuance way different than me.”
Robyn Brown was happy to ignore Meri and Janelle on Sister Wives

Of course, Kody and Robyn are talking about when Janelle and Meri met them at Coyote Pass. The property finally had a buyer, so his two ex-wives met them there to sign the documents.
Arriving in separate cars, Meri and Janelle wait for Kody and Robyn to arrive. When they finally do, everybody remains in their cars until the realtor shows up. Even when they all get out to finalized their business, Kody and Robyn are standoffish toward his exes.
The only one who interacts with the agent is Janelle. She happily tells him the money from the sale will “go a long way” towards her new flower farm in North Carolina.
At last, Janelle says, “I’m glad … it’s finally done,” while the realtor agrees it’s “one chapter closed.” He offers his “thank yous” and farewells, and finally Kody speaks. “Thanks so much, man,” he says.
“They didn’t even say, ‘Hi,’ they didn’t even say, ‘Bye,’” Meri utters in confusion. “It was like, OK. I am invisible to you.”
“I think Robyn felt like she was going to be persecuted or attacked or something,” Janelle says in a production interview. “We could be adults here. But whatever.”
“It was super awkward, right?” Janelle asks Meri, who can only chuckle in amusement. “I didn’t think he’d be so awkward, but it was pretty awkward.”
“They just didn’t know what to do or how to have a normal conversation,” Meri agrees.
Sister Wives airs Sundays at 10/9c on TLC.
