Unfortunately, Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon are still fighting with Eminem in court over the name of their podcast, Reasonably Shady. In the latest twist, he accused the Real Housewives of Potomac stars of harassment. The Green-Eyed Bandits’ legal battle has been going on for over two years, but it seems like the rapper is learning the hard way that Housewives don’t go down without a fight.
Eminem is embroiled in a trademark battle with RHOP stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon

Us Weekly reviewed the latest court documents, where Gizelle and Robyn continued pushing to maintain the Reasonably Shady brand. The United States Patent and Trademark Office ordered Eminem to appear for a deposition. But the RHOP stars complained to the court that he’s being “very difficult” with scheduling.
For example, they agreed on a date of October 29 at 11 am. Then, Eminem’s camp hit back, saying he wasn’t available at that time. He wanted to push it to 2 pm.
Gizelle and Robyn called that timing “unreasonable,” given a requirement for a seven-hour chunk of time. However, Eminem’s lawyers implied that the pair should be grateful for any time they could get.
“Getting [him] to commit time to a deposition is very difficult, and we suggest that you take the opportunity when you can get him,” his lawyer told the RHOP stars.
Gizelle and Robyn filed a motion saying that this demonstrated a lack of good faith. They accused his legal team of intentionally making things difficult. Meanwhile, Eminem’s lawyers blamed the RHOP stars for pushing too hard for a deposition. According to them, this is all “designed to harass” the rapper.
Eminem’s team also argued that his schedule is tight due to previous commitments related to the “recording of new music.” They said it would be “difficult and expensive” for him to appear at the deposition anytime soon. However, Gizelle and Robyn’s lawyer thinks it’s all a bunch of nonsense.
In a statement, their lawyer said, “[Eminem] filed this trademark opposition, and he appears to be dodging his responsibility to be deposed.”
“The rules allow him to be deposed for 7 hours, so regardless of his alleged unavailability, he should make himself available to be deposed for a lawsuit that he filed. Seems shady!”
The Real Housewives of Potomac airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo, along with next-day streaming on Peacock.
