As Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Potomac continues, so do the conversations about Monique Samuels’ ex-husband, Chris Samuels. They’ve spent so much time this season talking about Chris, they might as well give him a champagne flute.
Although we haven’t seen Chris appear on screen, he is well aware that he’s become a topic of conversation on the show. According to Monique, he’s been “keeping tabs on her” since she returned to the show.
Chris Samuels is supposedly “paying attention” to Monique’s Real Housewives of Potomac comeback
Monique’s comeback to RHOP has coincided with the rumors spreading around the group that Stacey Rusch dated him. The plot thickened when Cookie accused Stacey of calling up Chris to share details of what Monique had been saying about him. The jury is still out on the true identity of the leaker.
Either way, Monique thinks her husband is loving the drama. In a new interview with Page Six, she claimed he is fully invested in her RHOP return. Apparently, it’s making an already tense co-parenting situation even more difficult.
“Oh, you better believe he’s paying attention and keeping tabs,” Monique said. “But the thing about Chris and I, we are not in a good space. The co-parenting is a nightmare.”
As we learned on the show, Monique strongly believes that Cookie is at the center of all of the RHOP drama. She accused Chris of using Cookie as a mouthpiece so that he could look “innocent.”
Monique told Page Six, “He won’t ever come to me about anything that he sees. He goes through people, and he has them do their bidding for him. It’s very sneaky, it’s very shady. It’s very him. It’s on brand for him.”
The Real Housewives of Potomac airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.
