A visit from Child Protective Services has sent Meghan King’s co-parenting situation into a tailspin. Last month, the Real Housewives of Orange County alum temporarily lost custody of the three kids she shares with retired MLB player Jim Edmonds. The exes were set to have a hearing on December 9 to revisit the custodial arrangement, but they reached an agreement before their court date. He’s going to keep the kids full-time.
Jim Edmonds will have the kids full-time after Meghan King lost custody

We learned earlier this week that Meghan and Jim reached a custody agreement, but the details had not been publicly disclosed. However, an insider close to the situation just spoke with Us Weekly and confirmed all of the specifics. Meghan agreed to let her three kids live with Jim full-time in Missouri with his fourth wife, Kortnie Edmonds.
The custody update marks the end of a contentious year for Meghan and her ex, who lived just miles apart in the St. Louis, Missouri area until recently. Over the summer, Kortnie called the cops on Meghan and claimed she entered her home without permission.
The 911 drama prompted Kortnie to file a restraining order against Meghan. The two were ordered to avoid each other around the kids. Shortly after, Jim and Kortnie seemingly relocated to Tennessee.
Things took another turn in November when a school official called CPS on Meghan. She temporarily lost custody, and the three kids went to Jim full-time. Meghan was allowed to have supervised visitation while they settled on this permanent agreement.
Throughout the ordeal, Meghan has accused her ex-husband of being “emotionally abusive” and using his money and influence to push her around. Meanwhile, Jim’s reps insist that he’s an “active and present father” to all of his kids. He has a total of seven.
The Real Housewives of Orange County streams on Peacock.
