Welcome back, Below Deck Mediterranean fans! Last week, V returned to the yacht, where Aesha threw her a birthday party and a heartfelt memorial celebration for Bon. This week, V is breathing easier. Until, that is, she learns about the shady things that happened while she was away. Cue this appropriately titled Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 15, “Break-Ups and Shake-Ups.”
What happened in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 15?
Joe and Kizzi’s secret finally comes to light. As does a simpler truth: Josh does not know how to slice fancy, bone-in hams, which his guests embarrassingly note. Likewise, over in the exterior department, everything is starting to come up rubbish. Max blames Nathan for this. But is he right?
Joe semi-confesses to V

“What the f*ck am I?” Joe cries as everyone continues loving on V, the actual one going through it. After, Josh follows Nathan to the pier. Gael leaves tomorrow. But Nathan hopes she sticks around, so they can properly reconnect after filming wraps.
Josh likes Nathan’s plan. He sings them a ballad.
Joe finally emerges from his f*cked-around-and-found-out cocoon. He and V head to the aft deck. “I f*cked up,” Joe begins. He and Kizzi “got super drunk” in “the jacuzzi,” and after, “he walked down and kissed her,” and he only knows this because people told him about it.
“It was an accident,” he lies. Also, V is special, and Kizzi means nothing, and had he not been drunk, this would have never happened. Wildly, V accepts his tale.
Relieved, Joe confesses that he cried. V leans in and kisses him, and they rejoin the others for a night out. In their sprinter van, Kizzi apologizes. So, V smartly asks Kizzi for her version of Joe’s story.
“Get. Me. Out. Of. Here,” Cathy hysterically quips, but Kizzi doesn’t share anything new.
Nathan pleads his case to Gael

Nathan tells Gael that he wants to be with her “forever.” Gael feels the same. However, Nathan has “hurt” her, “again and again,” so her feelings are on the fence.
Inside, V speaks highly of Joe. He “spoke honestly.” But she still feels betrayed by Kizzi, who “needs a little checking.” The camera pans to the courtyard, where Kizzi AND Joe are sharing a flirtatious dance.
V plays it cool, squeezing Joe’s butt as she brushes past him and Kizzi. Once out of earshot, Joe tells Kizzi, “Victoria, she’s cool. You, you’re too cool.”
“I think I’m your karma,” Kizzi responds. Back in their vans, Max confides in Cathy. He’s glad she stayed onboard. But he’s still angry at Nathan for not letting him off work to properly comfort Cathy following the passing of her stepfather.
Nathan and Gael spend their last night together in a guest cabin, and we already know where this storyline leads. But for now, he begs Gael to remain in the area. “Maybe,” she says.
V takes back her forgiveness

The next day, V realizes that she let Joe off the hook too easily. “Uh oh,” Joe says, from the safety of his interview. Gael sadly departs, but we can all suspect she’d cheer for V’s sudden change of heart.
V finds Kizzi. Kizzi admits that she doesn’t “feel guilty about the kiss,” because she and Joe have always shared a connection. V lets Kizzi know that she can’t “get past” this response.
Nevertheless, V admits that Joe has a bond with both of them. Yet, as Joe explained, Kizzi only has a flirty connection with Joe. Meanwhile, her bond with Joe is pretty tight. Nope, Kizzi argues, because Joe told her that V was only a “seasonal” fling.
“If I have to be the bad guy here, so be it. Do with this as you will,” Kizzi says.
New guests are coming onboard. They want an Iberico ham with a live cutting presentation, which “freaks” Josh out. He is not “properly trained” in this.
V finds Aesha. She wants the truth about the night Joe kissed Kizzi. Aesha spills, letting V know that Joe and Kizzi were “flirtatious all night,” which makes V realize that she might be getting played.
V pulls Joe up to the bow. He calls her special. “Save it,” V calmly says, adding, “You don’t deserve someone like me.” Finally, V ends her situationship with Joe.
Nathan and Max butt heads

In the crew mess, Max and Cathy kiss. Her feelings for him are growing. But Nathan breaks their spell, ordering Max back on deck. “Dictator Nathan is back,” Max sighs.
The new charter guests board, but then, a dockworker hits V with his line. V loudly blames Max. Both already on edge, Max argues that he’s innocent, but as V apologizes, Nathan chastises them both.
One of the charter guests is breastfeeding, so naturally, Aesha tells a story about when she “sucked” milk from “her friend’s tit.” She liked it. Cathy’s WTF-like face was all of ours here, probably.
Robert, a guest, mounts a jet ski, buzzed on margaritas. Nathan quickly radios Max, telling him he has to ride with Robert. V also says this, but Max sends Robert away alone, and now Nathan is pissed. When confronted, Max blames V, while also arguing that Robert seemed sober.
Later, Nathan accidentally gets double-whacked with a chain, while, at the same time, Max spots the black ski floating away. The deck team is struggling, but so is Josh. The Iberico ham slicing is getting the best of him, which his guests notice. Then, down below, in the dark sea, Max, on the recovered ski, ignores Nathan, making Nathan loudly call him a “cheeky prick” within earshot of the guests.
Below Deck Mediterranean continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
