Welcome back, Below Deck Mediterranean fans! Last week, V ended her situationship with Joe. Likewise, Gael left the yacht, leaving her future with Nathan hanging in the balance. Now, the fate of the deck crew is also uncertain, as relationships are shifting across the team. Here’s what happened in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 16, “Stricken Nuggets.”
What happened in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 15?
Nathan grows pissed at Max for ignoring multiple orders on deck. However, Nathan’s problems aren’t ending with Max, because he and Joe are also failing to thrive. Joe and Kizzi want what they want, consequences be damned. So, now, tensions are flaring in multiple directions, leaving zero relationships secure this season.
Max and Joe aggravate Nathan

Trash weather is rolling in, so the deck team has to work quickly. Down below, Max sits on a ski, fighting against the swells. Shouting orders from the bow is Nathan, whose instructions aren’t sitting well with Max. They start yelling at each other within earshot of their guests.
Captain Sandy heads to the deck. Nathan needs to manage his team better. Also, Max can’t think when scolded. So Nathan needs to swap out his crew, she instructs.
In his talking head, Joe suggests the same things. He also wants Nathan to stop shouting at them. Then, we see Nathan switching gears, giving his team a clear demonstration in the water on how Max should have moved.
As their guests enjoy their synchronized dinner service, Joe and Kizzi head off to practice their sensual Spanish dance. V walks by, stonefaced.
Joe and Kizzi perform their routine. Later, Nathan texts Gael. “You would be so annoyed. Joe’s back to his old tricks,” he writes, telling Gael that Joe is flirting with Kizzi “in front of V.” Gael responds, “Poor V.”
Kizzi and V head off on an “awkward” excursion

The next morning, V throws herself into her work. That’s a solid call, since down below, Joe and Kizzi are already awake and flirting. Kizzi is going on an excursion with the guests, but Joe isn’t, and that bums them out.
V walks by, hard at work. Kizzi asks Aesha if V is okay. Aesha reminds Kizzi that she didn’t feel guilty about kissing Joe, which was a “really sh*tty” thing to do, much less admit to V. Kizzi rolls her eyes in her confessional.
Outside, Aesha asks Max about his post-filming plans with Cathy. “We need to talk about this,” Max admits. He hopes to give Cathy his “full love.” He sings a song, revealing that he wants Cathy to be his “girlfriend.”
In the crew mess, V plans out their guests’ excursion. Joe tries chatting with her, but he only receives clipped responses. Regardless, V ended their boatmance. So now, he’s just going to “have fun.”
Kizzi and V leave on their “awkward” excursion. Back on the yacht, Nathan asks Joe to tone things down with Kizzi, because “it’s causing too much drama.” The scene cuts back to the excursion, where V and Kizzi are finally talking about their feelings.
Kizzi will never feel apologetic. And she will explore her feelings for Joe, she candidly admits. Handing it to them, they each manage to remain calm, eating their gelato like they aren’t sorting through a season-long problem.
But back onboard, Nathan tells Aesha that he also plans on entering this mess. He will talk to Joe soon.
Max makes literal waves

“Save me,” Kizzi texts Joe. He heads off in the tendor to grab everyone. Meanwhile, Max, acting as the palate cleanser for toxic boatmances, brings flowers to Cathy’s cabin.
Kizzi tells Aesha that she and V talked. However, Kizzi is “young and single,” so what is she supposed to do? “Not be a little b*tch,” Aesha hysterically answers.
Nathan FaceTimes Gael. He asks her to be his plus one at his sister’s wedding. He starts nervously picking at the tape on the ground, making the camera lady break the fourth wall with her laughter. Gael gives Nathan another noncommittal answer.
Max drags two guests on a float using the tender. He goes extra fast, so Captain Sandy radios Nathan, asking her bosun to slow Max down. Nathan tries, but Max refuses, because “you don’t say no” to paying guests. Nathan is “absolutely fuming.”
So is “Dominic,” Josh’s “inner demon.” Josh is preparing a “four-plate” dinner, but he’s got this, so Dominic can “go f*ck” himself. Sure enough, dinner is a hit.
After, Max cuddles Cathy. He hits her with a song, singing “What are we?” Cathy likes Max, but she’s “not ready to have this conversation.”
“Dead chicken nuggets” ruin everything on Below Deck Med

Joe changes into a form-fitting DJ outfit, which Kizzi appreciates. “I’m your biggest fan,” she yells, draped on Joe’s arm. Afterward, Joe slams V’s cold shoulder when speaking to Kizzi.
But as Nathan instructs, “It’d probably be best if you f*cking just be mindful on the night out. Keep it in your f*cking trousers.” Joe and V prepare for docking, where they finally chat. Giving me whiplash, Joe honors V’s feelings, promising not to do anything physical with Kizzi.
The guests depart, leaving a solid tip of $27,000. The crew heads to a restaurant, where Kizzi and Joe flirt in the open. On the yacht, they order more food. But as Max tries to seal the girlfriend deal with Cathy, their food arrives, and Joe and Nathan start drunkenly chucking chicken nuggets in their direction.
“Raccoon Cathy” is pissed. They wasted her food. Max is angry too, because Cathy let herself be distracted by “dead chicken nuggets.”
Below Deck Mediterranean continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
