If you thought Michael Rapaport’s performance on The Traitors Season 4 felt cringey, Porsha Williams is here to set the record straight. It was even worse in person. According to Porsha, he should actually thank the editors for not including more of his unhinged behavior in the episode.
Porsha says Michael acted like a “crazy person” on The Traitors
Between the unhinged rants at the roundtable and his repeated efforts to identify as a Real Housewife, Michael’s behavior on The Traitors has been tough to watch. Porsha reflected on his outbursts during an interview with Access Hollywood.
“Thank God for editing,” Porsha said. “If they showed how he really showed his dirty underwear at the table, then I think people would have voted him out. The people, like the audience, would have wanted him out.”
During the first roundtable of Season 4, Porsha’s name got put on the chopping block along with Michael and Donna Kelce. We watched as Michael sucked all of the air out of the room, but apparently, there was a lot that didn’t make the final cut.
“He acted [like] a crazy person at that table,” Porsha recalled. “He went through highs and lows, tears and cries.”
According to Porsha, Michael went from saying, “Porsha, I love you so much. I’ve watched you from the beginning. I’m your biggest fan,” to suddenly adding, “But I think you’re a Traitor. I don’t know what to do.”
“It was so dramatic,” she added.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star said that Michael’s behavior felt so over the top that she eventually went “numb” sitting at the roundtable. She accepted her fate in the game as she watched him spiral and make a spectacle of himself.
Porsha said, “That’s why I was just like, ‘You know what? Maybe my time is up.’”
