The kiss between Real Housewives of Potomac star Ashley Darby and Charrisse Jackson-Jordan’s son, Jackson Jordan, is the storyline that just won’t die. We heard all about it throughout Season 10, and since then, Charrisse has gone on an entire press tour complaining about the situation. She claims that Ashley violated her family and crossed a line.
Now, Ashley is wading back into the conversation. She swears she’s ready to move past it, and it turns out, there’s even more to the story.

Ashley fessed up to having a “smooch” with Jackson during RHOP Season 10. She later suggested that it might have actually been more than a smooch, which drew quite a bit of backlash from both her fans and castmates.
During a recent appearance on The Marissa Mitchell Show, Ashley teased that we’ll hear more about the kiss at the RHOP Season 10 reunion. In the meantime, she wants fans to know that she’s eager to put this story behind her.
“Quite frankly, I’m just over it. What happened happened,” Ashley admitted. “I’m glad everybody’s getting a little kiki out of it. I’m glad I made good TV, and it’s giving something for people to talk about.”
Specifically, this has given Charrisse a lot to talk about. The RHOP OG previously appeared on the same show and told the host how “hurt” she felt by Ashley’s actions. However, Ashley said she has a hard time wrapping her head around that.
“It’s very challenging because I told her in the moment, I was willing to respect her reaction in the moment, completely. We laughed, we had a kiki about it. We celebrated her birthday two months later,” Ashley recalled.
“So for that reason, it’s hard for me to think that she was really hurt,” she continued. “If anything, I feel Charrisse is maximizing this opportunity, and if that’s what she’s doing, fine. I see the game, but to act like this is something genuinely heartfelt is going a little too far.”
Although Ashley previously suggested that something more might have happened with Jackson, she’s singing a different tune now. She said that nothing happened beyond a kiss, and her insinuation that something sexual transpired between them “was for fun.”
So, according to Ashley, what happened between her and Jackson was just a kiss. Nothing more, and nothing less. She’s ready to move past it, and she hopes Charrisse will do the same.
