Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King has just made a shocking sex worker-related claim against her ex, Jim Edmonds. When Meghan started receiving threatening phone calls at the end of last year, she went to the police. When asked if Jim might be at the root of these phone calls, Meghan admitted that she wasn’t sure. However, she wouldn’t put anything past Jim. Because, as Meghan claimed, he’s reportedly harassed her via “sex workers” in the past.
Jim Edmonds denies leaking Meghan King’s number to sex workers
According to TMZ, Meghan drove herself to a Missouri police station late last year. Here, she told the officers that she’d been receiving constant phone calls from an unknown number. In these calls, this human threatened Meghan. They also allegedly threatened her innocent children.
Unfortunately, Meghan noted, these calls had gotten increasingly worse. The person on the other end of the line was starting to make “crazed overt threats.” Meanwhile, they were also making zero sense. So, Meghan blocked the number, but whoever this person was, they just started contacting her via new numbers.
Her intake officer listened to two different voicemails left by this individual. They noted that the caller sounded like a female. Furthermore, their report read, “The suspect speaks calmly at times and quickly at others, using frequently-repeated phrases or details in a rambling and erratic manner.” And then, Meghan brought up her ongoing custody battle with Jim.
So, they reportedly asked Meghan, could Jim be behind this? Well, Jim [allegedly] harassed her in the past, Meghan answered. Reportedly, he gave out her phone number to many people, including random sex workers, asking them to harass her. But before you jump to any conclusion, Jim’s reps have already weighed in on these accusations.
As his rep argued, “This is the first anyone is hearing of this, and it’s absurd. Jim is spending his time in Tennessee raising his kids and doesn’t have time for such nonsense.”
