Robert spent two months behind bars after violating a protective order, going to his ex-wife’s family home, and damaging their property. He was released from jail on Tuesday, February 3, and sentenced to 36 months of probation. However, court documents reviewed by Starcasm show that prosecutors hit him with two felony charges just a couple of days after his release.

Robert was charged with felony assault and felony aggravated assault on February 5. The charges date back to an incident between him and his wife that occurred on May 18, 2024. She didn’t report it to the police until November 23, 2025, after Robert was already in police custody.

In the filing, Alexiana claimed that Robert “became upset with her when she flushed his drugs down the toilet.” She said he “beat her” in the face and head, kicked her in the stomach, and grabbed her by the throat. Alexiana told the police that she didn’t report the incident right away because she felt fearful.

A warrant was issued for his arrest, but it was recalled a few days later. Starcasm reported that there were no signs he was actually arrested again, but he did post a $2,500 bond.

With Robert already on probation, these latest felony charges threaten to complicate things. He has a hearing scheduled for March 17 to address the latest developments.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is streaming on Peacock.
