The no-reserve auction format will see the property sold to the highest bidder regardless of the price. And it’s quite the gorgeous investment. Grinda didn’t just purchase the beachfront villa. He also spent more than $30 million transforming the Triton into a stunning luxury compound that’s fit for celebrities, athletes, and high-profile gatherings.

And if it looks familiar to reality TV fans, that’s not surprising, either. The property has caught the eye of streaming platforms. The beautiful villa was the filming location for Season 6 of Too Hot Handle and hosted the singles playing the game amidst the infinity pools, oceanfront terraces, and gorgeous architecture.

The Triton property also hosted The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. The next special season of the show celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Real Housewives franchise. In the past, it helped put this luxurious estate in front of the millions of Bravo users around the world, cementing its place in pop culture.

The property reflects Grinda’s investment strategy and brand-building outlook. The property spans 18,300 square feet under roof across 7 acres. It has 15 bedrooms, which will expand to 16 by year’s end. There are also two pools, a hot tub, a cold plunge, and a beachfront gym. It is also transitioning to off-grid infrastructure, including solar, battery storage, and desalination.

In 2021, a major expansion added four garden bungalows and padel courts as part of a world-class racquet sports center, a clay tennis court, and a pickleball court. All the amenities make it an ideal place to rent for individuals and companies for retreats and events. The rental income potential is estimated at up to $32,000 per night.
