RHONY Star Erin Lichy Owes Former Management Company Over $90K

Erin Lichy just secured another season on Real Housewives of New York. She’ll need this extra paycheck, since she owes her former management company $90k. Earlier, they received a court-awarded judgment against Erin. And now, they’re asking a judge to enter the chat, as they need Erin’s payments enforced, with a side of interest.

Brigade Talent LLC managed Erin for 17 months. After she fired them in 2024, a dispute arose over claims of unpaid commissions. Erin still owed them $91,632.28, they argued. And they must’ve argued rather well, since they won every penny that they asked for.

According to TMZ, Erin learned about her court-awarded debt on February 24, 2026. That’s a fairly recent date, but they’re still not letting any more time pass here. Instead, Brigade Talent LLC just returned to the courts, asking their judge to confirm their awarded amount while also granting them additional interest until Erin pays the full $91,632.28.

Meanwhile, sources close to this situation have just revealed that Erin heavily disagrees with this judgment. In her eyes, her former management company shouldn’t receive a dime. They weren’t a part of any of these deals, especially the ones made following their firing. But whether or not Erin plans on fighting this judgment is unknown.

Either way, filming just kicked off for RHONY Season 16, and Erin made the cut, so at least this gives her a strong storyline to lead with. It beats narratives of cheeseboards, Mezcalum, and Bitcoin, right? The only question is, will Erin own it on Bravo?

The Real Housewives of New York is streaming on Peacock.
