Carl Radke is sharing his thoughts on the Summer House scandal that took over the internet. On Tuesday, March 31, Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirmed romance rumors, hard-launching their “connection” via a lengthy Instagram statement. The post rocked the Bravo fanbase, who largely rallied behind West’s ex, Ciara Miller.

The Summer House star wades into the scandal
Carl spoke openly about the scandal at a promotional event, describing the situation as “really hard.”
“We’re all learning a lot of things like you guys are. These are my real friends. Like people I care a lot about,” he said, Reality Blurb reported.
“I officiated a wedding for Kyle [Cooke] and Amanda,” he added. “I’m best friends with Kyle. I adore Ciara. I love Amanda. It’s been really hard.”
He noted that he has been in contact with both Ciara and Amanda since the news broke, admitting that the scandal has taken a toll on him.
“It’s emotional. It’s hard,” he shared. “As someone who cares deeply about his friends, as an empath, I carry on some of that energy. So last week I did have a sleepless night. I did voice note Kyle and cry a little bit.”
Amanda and West have not spoken publicly since releasing their statement. However, several Summer House cast members have weighed in on the news, sharing reaction photos on social media. Recently, West’s bestie, Jesse Solomon, clarified that he had no knowledge of the relationship before the statement dropped. He commented on an Instagram post that compared him to Tom Schwartz during Scandoval, hinting that he may have known about the romance before the rest of the world.
“I heard the rumors but they were denied to me multiple times,” he wrote in a comment.
