The View host addresses Melania Trump’s statement

The View host Ana Navarro recently addressed Melania Trump’s statement about Jeffrey Epstein on the latest episode of the talk show.

The topic arose after Whoopi Goldberg asked her co-hosts about their takes on Melania’s claims. Sharing her opinion, Navarro said, “What a counterproductive statement, because if her objective was to close down any rumors about her, all she did was open up the Pandora’s box.” She also asserted that Melania seems “very upset that there are all of these rumors and conspiracy theories.”

Navarro also listed the things Melania can do if she really wants to become an “ally” of the Epstein survivors. The host added, “The last thing I would say is, listen. She can start by inviting them to the White House, and meeting with them, and listening to their stories. She can start by turning to the guy next to her, Donald Trump, and telling him to tell his DOJ to release all the files, and to call his friend Mike Johnson in Congress and demand that there be accountability and congressional hearings.”

In her speech at the White House on April 9, Melania referred to the rumors of being linked to Epstein as “lies.” She stated, “I have never been friends with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein from time to time, since overlapping in social circles is common in New York City and Palm Beach. To be clear, I never had a relationship with Epstein or his accomplice, Maxwell.” Moreover, Melania conveyed that she is not “Epstein’s victim.”
