JD Vance Slammed By Candace Owens Over Alleged Iran School Strike

Candace Owens calls out JD Vance after he comes out in support of Erika Kirk. She has been a vocal critic of Erika since the assassination of her husband, Charlie Kirk. While criticizing Vance, she brought up the topic of the bombing of the Shajareh Tayyebeh girls’ elementary school in Minab during the early stages of the Iran-Israel-US conflict.

During her podcast, Candace Owens took a moment to call out JD Vance, who recently condemned the attacks on Erika, following her husband’s assassination. He referred to the attacks against her as “the most preposterous thing he’s seen in politics in a very long time” during a TPUSA event. His comment didn’t sit well with Owens, who indirectly aimed at Erika while also bringing up the alleged Iran school strike, widening her criticism of Vance.

She said, “I’ve seen some preposterous things just over the past few weeks in politics. That should probably rank higher in your list. Like when you guys blew up that school. 150 Iranian schoolgirls were killed, then you lied about it” (via The Mirror)

Apart from this, Owens also took direct aim at Erika for refusing to show up at the Turning Point USA event, claiming she skipped the appearance due to low ticket sales rather than security concerns. Not buying Erika’s reasons for being absent at the event, she said on X, “Stop. This is exhausting. You pulled out because of bad ticket sales. For the same reason, TPFaith had to ‘reschedule’ the Pastor’s Summit and various other events quietly.”

Owens claimed that people find it hard to trust Erika, as she fails to tell the truth, even for basic facts. Moreover, she also questioned her about the video of Charlie Kirk appointing her as the CEO. She further pointed out that, as Vance was present at the event, there must have been a strong Secret Service presence at the venue. She argued that otherwise, he wouldn’t have attended, attempting to prove Kirk’s security reasons wrong (via Wonderwall).
