Daisy Kelliher has her hands full this season on Below Deck Down Under. Luckily, she has a supportive boss in Captain Jason Chambers. Now that Captain Jason understands just how poorly two of her stews are behaving, he just threatened to fire both of these yachties.

Mike Durrant and Alesia Harris are on the BDDU chopping block
Alesia Harris and Mike Durrant cannot get along. This is a problem, since Mike often works with Alesia in the interior department. Daisy has tried her hardest to shut down their little tantrums. But as Season 4 progresses, their bickering has done nothing but intensify.
In addition to their constant, toxic yapping, both Alesia and Mike seem to have a case of the never-wrongs. They also lack a sense of respect for hierarchy. So, when Daisy tries to intervene, she gets a lot of pushback from both parties, leaving her completely frustrated with how to proceed. And that is why, last night in Episode 12, she brought Captain Jason up to speed on her stews’ latest antics during their day-off villa.
“F*cking Mike and Alesia both came up to me like, ‘What are you going to do about this?’ I f*cking went off,” Daisy told Captain Jason. As she further explained, “I was like, ‘Do not come to me and make this my problem.’ I was really upset about it,” she admitted.
“Don’t engage in it. We’re here to work. If you’re not able to do that, find another job,” Captain Jason told Daisy in response. Daisy agreed, saying, “It’s just toxic. It’s not fair to anyone else.”
Then, in his talking head, Captain Jason added, “Alesia and Mike are adults. They need to learn to work in these environments. This is part of working on yachts. If they cannot be mature enough to resolve small squabbles and conflicts, well, maybe they have to go.”
