Although he’s not exactly famed for his peace deals, Donald Trump is reportedly trying to mend the rumored rift between King Charles and Prince Harry. The pair are thought to have had a strained relationship in recent years. This can be traced back to 2020 when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back as senior working royals.
Could President Trump bring “everyone together” amid Royal Family tension?

Ahead of King Charles’ visit to the US later this year, which coincides with the 250th anniversary of American independence, Trump is allegedly planning to reunite the monarch with the Sussexes.
“There’s real talk of framing this as a ‘peace moment’,” a source told Radar Online. “Trump wants to be seen as the guy who brings everyone together – whether it works or not.”
Meanwhile, another insider suggested that the president has an ulterior motive for plotting the royal reunion. “Trump is the ultimate showman,” an insider said. “If there’s a chance to turn diplomacy into must-watch TV, he’ll take it every time.”
“Sometimes just putting the idea out there is the move,” they went on. “And no one trolls the room – or the world – better than Trump.”
News that Trump is hoping to bring King Charles and Prince Harry back together comes shortly after reports that the Sussexes intend to spend the summer in the UK.
“He always loves seeing his father,” a source told The Mirror of the Duke’s desire to visit the King. “[He] would love to see him as much as possible.”
Be that as it may, the insider revealed Prince William and Kate Middleton have no intention of joining them. “If the King was to invite the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to stay with him, that is a matter for His Majesty alone,” the source claimed. “The Prince and Princess of Wales’ position has not changed. And they would not make arrangements to see them.”
