The filings reportedly included communications involving Diggs’ assistant and another alleged assailant. Griffith claimed the messages discussed flights and hotel arrangements. He alleged the arrangements occurred on the day of the reported attack. Griffith said the records showed coordination between the individuals involved.
Griffith also claimed the phone records contained a call from Diggs. He alleged Diggs contacted the same individual during the reported attack. Griffith connected the call to surveillance footage from his apartment building. The footage allegedly showed the person using a phone during the incident.
The latest filing has reportedly included a proposed defamation claim against Diggs. Griffith pointed to a social media post that appeared to address the legal dispute.
