A pair of high-profile defendants may be closer to each other than they think. D4vd was recently moved to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown Los Angeles. The rapper is on trial for first-degree murder in the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
Also residing in that jail cell is Nick Reiner, who is also on trial for first-degree murder in the deaths of his parents, Rob and Michele. Both he and the rapper born David Anthony Burke are being held without bail.
The accused killers are now in the same jail

They will probably never know it, but Nick and D4vd are in the same facility. Online records obtained by TMZ show that the rapper was taken to the same facility as Nick on Wednesday. That prison is nearby, where he was previously staying at the Los Angeles County Men’s Central Jail.
For now, Nick is being held in solitary confinement at the prison. As for D4vd, it’s being reported that he has been placed in administrative segregation but is not on suicide watch. Both men are awaiting their highly publicized trials. D4vd’s other charges include alleged lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and mutilating a body. This is the second time this week that he’s been transferred to a new jail.
Nick’s parents died of a stabbing last December, with Nick accused and arrested for the alleged gruesome double murder. D4vd was apprehended earlier this month at the rental property. It’s alleged that he and Celeste had an intimate relationship, which she threatened to share.
While Nick’s family has reportedly deserted him and supposedly not even visited him, D4vd’s have shown solidarity in believing he is innocent. The death penalty for both men is still a possibility if convicted. A preliminary hearing is expected in D4vd’s case later today.
