Danielle Olivera is likely breathing easier these days. Ahead of her debut on In The City, Danielle had to settle a dispute involving her allegedly unpaid back rent. According to the courts, Danielle owed a pretty penny on her 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,246-square-foot apartment in Brooklyn. But now, this Summer House alum is free and clear from this mess, and ready to entertain us all (maybe) when In The City premieres later next month.
Was Danielle kicked out of her crib over not paying rent?

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Danielle’s landlords, Csaba Kanyaro and Ana Kanyaro, sued Danielle this past January over $16,650 in unpaid rent. As they claimed, Danielle failed to pay her rent for three consecutive months. Her rent amount is $5,550, they noted, and her missed payments occurred in November 2025, December 2025, and January 2026. As a result, her landlords approached the court, seeking relief from Danielle for her 2-bedroom unit in Brooklyn.
Likewise, these landlords also sought to evict Danielle. However, their case went strangely silent after their original filing, this outlet reported. But now, a source close to Danielle has just come forward. And as this source claimed, Danielle recently handled her business, and now, her “Rent is fully paid.”
Danielle is finally back on good terms with her landlords, this source added. Regarding her next hurdle, Danielle and Eoin Heavey, her man, will have to deal with the court of public opinion once they appear together on In The City. Their fast-paced romance is a rumored talking point fairly early on. Hopefully, these two lovebirds can handle the pressure, not only from their costars, but also from their ever-invested fans as well.
In The City premieres on Tuesday, May 19 at 9/8c on Bravo. New episodes stream on Peacock the following day.
