Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Wants Questionable Soiled Shirt Tossed From Sex Allegations Case

Sean “Diddy” Combs is firing back at one of his accusers. The rapper claims the allegations made against him by Jonathan Hay are blatantly false. Among the claims made by Jonathan were that the man born Sean Combs drugged him and sexually assaulted him. He alleges that Diddy used a soiled Notorious B.I.G. shirt that he claimed the rapper had masturbated on before throwing it at him.

All the claims Jonathan made have been refuted by Diddy. He doesn’t believe the music producer is entitled to any money in this matter.

Defense attorneys are making some fiery responses to the allegations against the jailed rapper. In the documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s lawyers state that he consented to the alleged conduct and even “welcomed” it. They also argue that Jonathan’s false imprisonment claims have no merit because there’s “no actual confinement.

In addition to the alleged soiled shirt incident, Jonathan claims that Diddy shoved his penis in his face during a separate 2005 incident. He later amended that complaint, alleging that CJ Wallace, the son of Notorious B.I.G., lured him to a location. After reportedly doing so, Jonathan claims that Diddy attempted to force oral sex onto him.

Since his 2025 conviction, many other alleged incidents involving Diddy have surfaced. Among them was a supposed witness who claims they saw Diddy and another man sexually assaulting Aubrey O’Day. The witness claims that the Danity Kane singer was “looking very inebriated” at the time.

Diddy’s defense argues that Jonathan waited too long to sue, which may have contributed to his own damages. The rapper’s team wants this entire matter thrown out, and judgment ruled in his favor. They believe this entire lawsuit should go nowhere.

For now, Diddy is behind bars after his conviction on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution. He is due to be released from prison in 2028.
