Love Island USA star Huda Mustafa is allegedly evading a restraining order. Her boyfriend, Louis Russell’s former baby mama, Nicole Olivera, has been trying to serve her, but according to Nicole, Huda is being elusive. Huda’s side vehemently denies such a claim.
Love Island star Huda’s rep denies the allegations

The restraining order stems from an incident in March. Nicole accused Huda of breaking into her apartment building and threatening her and Louis’ child. Because of this, Nicole was granted a restraining order preventing Huda from getting within 100 yards of her, her child, and her home.
At the time, she responded to the claims and said that she is handling it the proper way (assuming through legal channels). Sources close to Huda and Louis also claimed that Nicole has been actively keeping Huda from her child since she and Louis confirmed their relationship.
Louis has also accused his ex of keeping his child away from him ever since he started seeing the Love Island star.
As for Nicole, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, her lawyers are having a hard time getting the legal documents of the restraining order effectively served to Huda. In the filing, Nicole’s process server tried to serve Huda in her condo in North Carolina. Nicole’s lawyer said the process server was told to leave and not return by security.
In the documents, Nicole’s lawyer says she believes that Huda is “actively evading service” to avoid a court battle. Huda’s rep told the news outlet that she is “not evading service, and any suggestion otherwise is inaccurate.”
“No attempt has been made to serve her while she has been present at her residence,” Huda’s rep added. Some attempts have instead occurred while she is out of the house, working on music for her upcoming release.
Huda’s rep further commented that Huda will address any legal matters through the proper channels (i.e., her legal team).
Love Island USA is streaming on Peacock.
