As you probably know. Huda has been at the center of some seriously messy drama for months. It first came to light when Nicole filed a temporary restraining order against her after accusing Huda of breaking into her home and threatening to harm herself.

Earlier this week, TMZ dropped some damning footage seemingly showing Huda sneaking into Nicole’s apartment building in the dead of night.

Nicole, who shares a child with Louis, tried to make the restraining order permanent earlier this month. Her request was dismissed for lack of prosecution after her lawyer failed to show up to court.

According to TMZ, that was simply a mistake, and this legal battle is back on. A new hearing is set for July 1 to determine if this restraining order should remain permanent.

In the court docs, Nicole included text messages that Huda allegedly sent to Louis while she was enroute to Nicole’s place. One text allegedly read, “I’m going to ur baby mom’s house. In the Uber now. I’m about to be at niks. Why are you not answering?”

Another text allegedly said, “ARE U CHEATINH ON ME. I remember where u told me her window was.”

Nicole also told the court that Huda spent 12 hours sending “terrifying and extremely mentally unstable threats” and threatened to harm her and her child. Louis and Huda called it quits several weeks later.

When these allegations first surfaced, Huda took to social media to deny them. She’s also been equally dismissive of the viral video that appears to show her sneaking into Nicole’s building, accusing TMZ of paying $50,000 for the footage. We’ll see what the judge says on July 1.

Love Island USA is streaming on Peacock.
