Rob Shuter discussed Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding location in an interview with Fox 5 New York. The interviewer teased Shuter, asking what he was planning on giving Swift as a wedding present. The journalist laughed and replied, “We now know the date, the date is July 3rd. Her favorite holiday is July 4th, so she’s getting married the day before. We don’t exactly know the location yet.”
Continuing further, Shuter said, “Page Six, who are really good at this, are saying it’s going to be in New York. Some people are saying it’s going to be at her house in Rhode Island. Let me give it away. It’s not one of those big fancy hotels, not the Botanical Gardens. It’s not Macy’s. It is at her own apartment. So, I’m told, a street downtown in SoHo will probably be cordoned off, and the wedding will take place there.”
Shuter explained that Jay-Z and Beyoncé handled their own ceremony in a similar manner. Furthermore, the ace journalist explained that the couple mentioned in their “save-the-date” invites that they don’t want any wedding presents. However, the couple is going to give their wedding guests a list of their favorite charities they would like their guests to donate to.
The journalist raised the question of whether Swift’s New York City apartment could accommodate all the guests or not, to which Shuter replied, “Yeah, don’t be fooled. It looks like just a little apartment from the outside. She has bought four apartments in that building and has knocked them into one massive compound,” alluding that the space is large enough to accommodate her friends and family.
