Melania Trump reportedly sent a message to Kate Middleton
Both President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, seem to be quite fond of the British Royal Family. Over the past week, King Charles and Queen Camilla visited the United States, and they seemed to share some great moments with Trump and Melania.
While parting, the First Lady seemingly sent her regards to Kate Middleton. As per a lip reader, Melania mentioned Kate to Camilla. “Good luck with everything and enjoy yourself,” she said, as per a lip reader (via The Sun), “Send my love to Catherine and William and their children.”
Kate and Melania have spent time together during the Trump state visit to the UK. The two bonded at the time.
A source told PEOPLE about the interaction, “The Princess of Wales is absolutely incredible with our young people. I’ve seen her work with them before — she interacts very personably, she loves to exchange stories, and she loves to talk to them and hear the same. Melania was very similar. She was engaging, she asked lots of questions, and the young people were willing to talk to her. And they even made some artwork together. It was really great to see and really great to have her to take the message back to the U.S. and what she’s seen us in the U.K. doing.”
Donald Trump also said some good things about the Royal Family in a candid interaction with the royal biographer, Robert Hardman, who presented the 79-year-old with a copy of his new biography on the late Queen Elizabeth.
