Some disturbing claims are being made against a member of the Secret Service. The off-duty agent is facing allegations of indecent exposure in the hallway of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center.
The alleged incident occurred on Sunday after the man had apparently completed a security assignment for President Donald Trump. Security cameras saw the man allegedly acting very inappropriately on the sixth floor.

Secret Service agents may not be as discreet when off the clock. According to reports, John Andrew Spillman lowered his pants and began masturbating on the hotel’s sixth floor Sunday. In a statement made to US Weekly by Richard Macauley, the Chief of the Uniformed Division of the SS said, “We are aware of the arrest of an off-duty Secret Service officer by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.” He called the alleged conduct “unacceptable” and in contrast with the professionalism and integrity demanded for that role.
John has been placed on administrative leave following the allegations. Richard says they will conduct a thorough investigation into this matter. John was taken into custody following the alleged incident. Before the disturbing event reportedly occurred, John was reportedly working on the perimeter security detail for the President at the Trump National Doral golf resort in Florida.
The allegations of self-pleasuring could prompt some to consider another claim made against Diddy. The convicted rapper is accused by Jonathan Hay of masturbating on a shirt and throwing it at him. Diddy wants that claim tossed from that sexual allegation case.
This incident involving a Secret Service agent came to the surface shortly after a shooting which took place at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Security personnel are taking a lot of heat for that after shots were fired in what appears to be an assassination attempt on President Trump.
