Footballer, model, and British reality star Jake Hall is dead after what has been described as a “tragic accident” while vacationing in Majorca. Reality TV fans know Jake from his three-season run on The Only Way Is Essex. He leaves behind one child, whom he shares with Ladies of London star Misse Beqiri.
TOWIE’s Jake Hall is dead after “smashing into glass door” in Majorca
The US Sun got the details on what happened to Jake, who authorities found in a pool of blood at a vacation rental. First responders noted head wounds and shards of glass. Authorities believe he may have slammed his head through a glass door.
“Witnesses told investigators he had been out partying all night and decided to carry on the party back at the place he was renting.” A source said,
They continued, “It appears from what police have been told that he became agitated, possibly from alcohol and other substances he may have consumed.”
Allegedly, the former TOWIE star “turned aggressive” and may have “tried to harm himself” by banging his head against things. Neighbors reported hearing loud noises coming from the rental property.
Jake leaves behind one daughter, River. He shares her with Misse from the Ladies of London reboot and Real Housewives of Cheshire fame. The two had a years-long relationship that came to a messy end in 2018.
Although cops believe Jake died from hitting his head against a glass door, an investigation into his death remains ongoing.
A police source said, “We are focusing on the theory the victim died in a tragic accident after hitting his head against the glass door, but it is still too early to say definitely what happened.”
