Victoria Beckham shared her teen daughter’s business idea after her daughter went through skin struggles. She recently appeared on the “Aspire with Emma Grede” podcast. During the candid conversation, the Spice Girls member revealed that Harper struggled with skin issues because she was “enticed by certain beauty brands.”
According to the mother of four, Harper faced skin problems two or three years ago. Her “beautiful skin” seemed to be damaged while she was applying a “lot of product on her face” that didn’t suit her. Therefore, they ended up seeing a dermatologist to find a solution.
“I went through that journey myself, you know, I suffered with child acne, teenage acne, adult acne. I mean, every acne under the sun, I’ve been there, so I could really relate to her,” Beckham said.
Furthermore, the beauty mogul proudly shared an anecdote about her daughter’s business plan. One day, Harper came to her mom with a PowerPoint presentation. She shared her idea for creating a brand that would help people like her manage skin problems. “She said, ‘I want to create a brand because I know what I want, what I can’t find, and I don’t want other people to have to go through what I have been through,’” Beckham added.
For those unversed, the 52-year-old mom shares four children with David Beckham: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. While the firstborn has reportedly become estranged from his family, the remaining three share a close bond with their parents.
