Jeff Lewis is returning to Bravo with “Still Flipping Out,” and the trailer for the new series has been released.
However, the comeback does not appear to be free of the workplace drama that followed “Flipping Out.”
Jeff Lewis brings workplace drama back to Bravo
According to Bravo TV, the new series follows Jeff Lewis as he juggles his career streams, from his successful SiriusXM career and celebrity friendships to design projects and workplace conflicts. The show will bare it all.
The trailer opens with Lewis disagreeing with the producer. When the latter suggests that he say, “I’m back on Bravo! Did you miss me?” Lewis flatly refuses. “No, that’s stupid. I’m not gonna do that,” he says.
Lewis then offers a candid update about how his life panned out after “Flipping Out.” The reality star says, “It’s been eight years since Flipping Out ended, and my life has changed pretty drastically.” Lewis goes on to describe “Jeff Lewis Live,” saying that it is “a daily, two-hour radio show.” The show airs on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM channel, Radio Andy. Lewis adds, “I never expected the radio show to be as successful as it is.”
The trailer introduces several members of Lewis’ inner circle, including chief of staff Shane Douglas, social media manager Annie Sharp, and producer Jamison Scala.
It also teases appearances from celebrity guests and radio co-hosts, including Meredith Marks, Cynthia Bailey, Leva Bonaparte, Caroline Stanbury, and Molly Sims.
The season appears to focus on Lewis’s rotating co-hosts, whom he calls “chumps.” Shane explains, “He created this great community,” before adding, “But if Jeff decides that he’s no longer going to invest in a friendship or relationship, he is able to cut them out.”
Storylines involve conflicts with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Crystal Kung Minkoff and comedian Kym Whitley.
The show premieres September 28 on Bravo, marking Lewis’ first starring Bravo vehicle since “Flipping Out” wrapped in 2018.
