Captain Jason Chambers might need to fire another yachtie on Below Deck Down Under Season 4. Next week, Jenna Woudberg’s love triangle with Ben Robinson and Eddy Hounsell explodes, leaving Captain Jason realizing that “Something’s gotta change.”
Mike Durrant has already been fired from the BDDU crew
Captain Jason has already fired Mike Durrant. “He’s had enough chances. Sometimes, lessons have to be learned the hard way,” Captain Jason explained during Episode 14. And now, one more lesson might need to be doled out on BDDU Season 4.
To explain, Jenna liked Eddy at the start of this season. Another crew member also liked Eddy, but she had a boyfriend. So, Eddy asked Jenna out on a date instead. But after their date, Jenna crawled into bed with Ben.
For a handful of weeks, Jenna flirted with Eddy AND Ben. However, in Episode 15, Jenna sent Eddy a flirty text, which Eddy showed to Ben. As a result, Ben ended things with Jenna. “It’s too much drama,” he explained.
Nevertheless, after this episode ended, Bravo aired a preview for next week’s installment. Thanks to this preview, we already know that Ben and Jenna will soon make amends. And shortly thereafter, Eddy will find them cozied up together in a guest cabin.
At the start of this preview, Eddy opens the door to this cabin. Ben asks, “Hello, who is there?” Closing the door, Eddy answers, “F*ck off.” Ben sighs, admitting, “That’s a kick in the teeth.”
Several beats later, Eddy calls Ben “a massive prick” on the sundeck. Ben, to his credit, “respect[s] that.” Then, Jenna grows emotional, which Captain Jason clocks. “Something’s gotta change,” he states.
Immediately after, we see Eddy hugging Captain Jason, almost as if he is saying goodbye. So, will Captain Jason fire Eddy, or anyone else for that matter? Only time will tell.
