Jalen Brown has found his everything. The Season 7 islander on Love Island USA recently tied the knot with his new wife, Joiya. The two met and hit it off after Jalen’s time on the show.
The trainer from Georgia, briefly paired up with Olandria Carthen on the reality show. Since being dumped and leaving, Jalen’s popularity has surged, with over 1 million followers on his TikTok account.
Meanwhile, his other half is also an influencer. This looks like a match made in social media heaven.
The Browns took to Instagram to celebrate their wedding
It took Jalen getting off the Love Island Villa to find his soulmate. On Monday, Joiya posted a reel of the big wedding and her great times with Jalen, with the caption “The Browns.” Among the things shown in the video are the two exchanging rings, with the couple embracing, dancing, and posing by their car.
On the big wedding day, Joiya wore a white dress with a halter neckline, while Jalen had on a dark suit. The two love birds tied the knot in a surprise ceremony that none of Jalen’s followers knew ahead of time. The wedding took place on May 15. They posted a video of the big day on Monday.
Jalen’s Love Island USA journey began on Day 9 of Season 7, entering the Villa alongside Iris and Pepe. The public coupled him with Olandria two days later. By the time Day 13 reached, it was evident Olandria didn’t feel a connection to the southern charmer. She chose not to couple with him that day. He received the fewest votes to be saved and thus had to leave the island.
At the time of his appearance on Love Island USA, Jalen was 27. He was pegged as a southern gentleman who would be easy to get along with.
Season 8 of Love Island USA will premiere on June 2 on Peacock at 9 p.m. ET.
