Eric Rosenbrook’s punishment may be a little less severe than originally thought. He’s faced his share of legal issues following his share of alleged altercations with his wife, Leida Margaretha.
The alum from 90 Day Fiancé pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and domestic abuse assessments earlier this month.
Eric and Leida on Season 8 of the TLC show in 2018. Last year, Eric was arrested during an apparent incident involving his wife. Police claim that she told them Eric had been continuously abusive towards her since their marriage.

There is one less thing Eric must worry about. Documents obtained by US Weekly indicate that the judge dismissed the misdemeanor battery charge against him. This followed his guilty plea to the other charges previously mentioned.
Despite this, Eric still faces some consequences. Among the conditions he must adhere to going forward are committing no crimes, staying sober, and not being at a bar for a year, except if it’s for work. Should he violate any of these stipulations, a warrant for his arrest would be issued.
Violent conduct is something that Eric has admitted to in the past. During their July altercation last year, Eric said that he slapped Leida after things got heated between them. He insisted that he never made contact or hit their daughter, however. Later that month, Eric pleaded not guilty to a battery charge and disorderly conduct.
In July of 2025, Eric and Leida experienced an unimaginable loss. Following the death of their newborn daughter, Alisa, Eric shared that he was broken up about the tragedy. He said online he wouldn’t answer any questions about it, but was thankful for the well wishes.
In March 2026, Eric avoided jail time. This came after an autopsy revealed that Alisa’s death was ruled as non-accidental.
