Larissa’s relationship with Colt Johnson was awkward from the moment she stepped off the plane and into the arms of her flower-less beau. Yet, fans soon realized this couple had more serious issues when it was reported Larissa had been arrested for domestic assault. Unfortunately, this was not a one-time incident. Larissa was arrested two more times for assaulting Colt. However, the previous assault charges got dropped.
It is only March of 2019 and I already decided who the recipient of this year’s Father of the Year Award should be…wait for it…Eric Rosenbrook!!! The 90 Day Fiance alum, aka real gem of a father, recently admitted he was the one that filed the restraining order against his daughter, Tasha Rosenbrook! And here all along we thought Eric’s wife Leida Margaretha was the evil one in this twisted, sick, dysfunctional relationship between father, daughter, mail order bride, new wife! #Ericsaysholdmybeer
90 Day Fiance fans may recall the extreme tension and fighting between Tasha and Leida throughout Season 6. The show featured many arguments, name calling, and insults between the two women. Especially after Leida moved into Eric’s hell-hole-of-when-was-the-last-time-that-place-saw-a-vacuum-and-some-bleach apartment in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The two were constantly bickering about cleanliness and privacy issues. Meanwhile, lifeless Eric did nothing to defend his daughter. Things got so bad between Tasha and Leida that earlier this year Leida was granted a four-year restraining order against Eric’s daughter.
It seems like Eric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha are the most hated couple in 90 Day Fiance history. Certainly, that isn’t an easy feat with stiff some stiff competition. First of all, Anfisa Nava and Jorge Nava. Also, there’s Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou. Unfortunately, Leida’s spoiled brat behavior and Eric’s inability to stand up to her made for an uncomfortable season for viewers. The drama-fueled couple rarely seemed happy together. Leida was often in full tantrum mode. And Eric looking sweaty and guilty.
The worst part of the couple was Leida’s endless conflict with Eric’s daughter Tasha Rosenbrook. Eric’s two oldest daughters even declined to attend his wedding to the Lethal Margarita. Leida, Eric, and Tasha have remained at odds for months. Recently, Leida has taken the serious step of filing legal action against Tasha.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock you are aware of the turmoil the partial government shut down is causing this country. It has a long reaching effect on almost everyone.
Thousands of people are not working. Many have not received paychecks in almost 2 months. Others work without pay. Airport, national park, government building employees are all struggling. And those who have found “love” on 90 Day Fiance may have a huge hurdle to overcome as well: the K1 visa process.
Another 90 Day Fiancecouple is embroiled in a domestic dispute. At least in this situation, no one was arrested. But Leida Margaretha claimed that Eric Rosenbrook abused her. The police were called, and ultimately, Eric spent the night at a hotel.
Yesterday, Eric posted a statement that explained what went down. Reality show blogger John Yates copied it to his page. According to Eric, Leida was threatening self-harm. She had a knife in her hand and Eric tried to wrestle it from her. In the process of doing so, he pulled up on her hair and restrained her. Once the situation calmed, police were called.
So…good times! But for our last installment of the season six Tell All, we’ll try to suspend disbelief and comment on the lunacy we saw last night. Because there was plenty to go around. Let’s link arms and stumble off the battlefield of this 90 Day Fiance season like the wounded soldiers we are. Viewers of 90 Day Fiance, I salute you! You deserve a medal.
Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s airtime on the first part of the 90 Day FianceTell All was a situation of quality over quantity. Larissa and husband Colt Johnson definitely vamped up the energy upon their tardy arrival. TLC showed just under four minutes of footage with them onstage, but it was the most memorable time of the hour.
