We all know one of those people who transforms into whoever they’re dating. Maybe you’re one of those people. Maybe Brad Pitt is one of those people? A wild theory going back years suggests that he has a tendency to morph into a clone of his partners, and honestly? Some of the evidence is pretty damn convincing.

From Gwyneth Paltrow to Angelina Jolie, Brad has had relationships with his fair share of famous women, and on more than a few occasions, it seems like he started to take some serious style notes from whoever he’s dating. Shout out to Vogue Australia for making us hip to this theory, because once you’ve seen it, you absolutely cannot unsee it.
The outlet published a series of photos showing Brad looking suspiciously similar to his current partner at the time. This goes all the way back to the 1980s, so there are plenty of receipts to support their theory.
In one picture, he and Gwyneth are rocking matching blonde combovers. Another shows him and his ex-wife Angelina both sporting shoulder-length styles with matching highlights. They had to have been going through at least one bottle of conditioner a week.
The phenomenon also extends to his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston. There are multiple photos of the two of them wearing matching suits during their marriage. Was it just a 2000s fashion trend to wear matching camel-toned suits, or is this something Brad is genuinely into? We’re not entirely sure, but the pattern is hard to ignore.
What we do know is that it didn’t start with his A-list exes. Brad was also photographed in similar styles with his first fiancée, Jill Schoelen, suggesting this might just be a lifelong habit.
