Sean Diddy Combs’ response to accusers becomes latest focus of legal saga
According to CBC News, on June 8, an anonymous John Doe filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, accusing Diddy of inappropriately touching him and giving him alcohol while he was a child actor. According to the complaint, the unnamed actor expressed that he “did not feel comfortable with the way Defendant Combs was touching him,” but the alleged conduct continued. The incident reportedly took place at a Hollywood Hills party in 2007.
The lawsuit alleges that Diddy pulled down the young actor’s pants and underwear during the alleged incident. He then performed oral sex while pleasuring himself. The complaint does not specify the plaintiff’s exact age at the time; however, it states that “at all times relevant, and in or around May 2007, Plaintiff was a minor child under the age of 18.”
Doe is also pursuing legal action against his former agents for allegedly failing to safeguard him, reports WGN News. The filing claims that Doe’s former agents arranged the event “to provide Defendant Combs with an opportunity to come into contact with minor children.”
Responding to the allegations, Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, dismissed the claims in the complaint as “false and ridiculous.” The representative said, ”He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”
Talking to TMZ, Engelmayer claimed, “This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone.” Adding, “These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest. He is going to pursue all avenues he can to defend himself and make sure those who start and spread lies are held responsible.”
Diddy is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for purposes of prostitution. As per Metro UK, his release was initially set for May 8, 2028, but it has since been postponed to June 4, 2028.
