NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani may have accidentally confirmed Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s New York wedding plans. When explaining their security measures for the ongoing FIFA World Cup, Mamdani revealed, “I am fully confident in the work of the NYPD, as well as our state partners, in delivering that safe experience (via Page Six).”
Continuing further, he explained, “We are the biggest city in the country. We are used to big events, and we are incredibly excited for this one. We know it coincides with the Knicks’ [NBA] Finals run.” Mamdani also added, “We know it coincides with July 4, America 250, Taylor Swift’s wedding — all happening at the same time — and we are so excited to welcome the world here.”
Moreover, reporters quizzed if he was invited to the most anticipated wedding. To which, Mamdani replied, “No and no. I wish them a lovely wedding. I’ll listen to ‘Only the Young’ at home on my own.”

A source shared, “Everyone’s been sworn to secrecy.” Moreover, sources tied to TMZ reported that guests are required to sign ironclad NDAs. Swift has reportedly personally called guests to invite them to the wedding to avoid any major leaks in the media.
