Following their legal wedding in West Palm Beach on May 21 and a lavish celebration at a private 38-acre island in the Bahamas two days later, Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson have reportedly taken another major step. They have bought a plot of land in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson’s West Palm Beach property plans revealed
According to Page Six sources, the couple recently acquired a double lot in the Prospect Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach, where they are reportedly planning to build an eight-bedroom residence.
Trump Jr. and Anderson, a model and socialite, are reportedly looking toward the future. Trump Jr., who shares five children with his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, is said to be hoping to grow his family with his new wife, with sources saying that the couple would like to have children together.
West Palm Beach, located on the mainland, is considered a little downmarket from Palm Beach. President Donald Trump owns the iconic Mar-a-Lago Club on Palm Beach Island, reports Page Six.
Other members of the Trump family also have homes in South Florida. Sister Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, own a $24 million residence on Indian Creek Island. While Eric Trump and his wife, Lara, are based in Jupiter, further up the coast.
As per the New York Post, Trump Jr. also owns a large South Florida property that he purchased with former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle for $9.7 million in 2021. The pair was together from 2018 until they split in 2024. The residence has since been listed for sale, with reports valuing it at around $30 million. Meanwhile, Guilfoyle has relocated to Athens, where she is reportedly living in a sprawling Mediterranean-style official residence.
