Jersey Shore star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and her husband, Justin May, welcomed their son, Vincent Keith May, in August 2025. Now, nearly one year later, fans wondered if Sammi might be pregnant again. But, is she? Here’s what “the sweetest b*tch you’ll ever meet” just had to say about that.
Sammi Sweetheart says she’s “not pregnant again”
Earlier this week, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Zack Carpinello tied the knot. Their wedding came as a surprise to everyone. In fact, their guests showed up expecting to attend a movie premiere for Nanny Cam, a psychological horror thriller written and directed by Jenni. But as their guests quickly learned, they were attending a different kind of thriller instead.
“We envisioned a small, meaningful celebration focused on the people who matter most to us,” Jenni shared. And Sammi happened to be one of those people. But when Sammi posted several images from this memorable event, fans immediately took notice of one image in particular. In this photo, Justin had his hand resting gently on her waist, and right away, comments started rolling in, asking if Sammi might be pregnant again with their second child.
Sammi, however, was quick to shut everyone down. In her comments, Sammi explained, “Guys.. I’m not pregnant again, it’s so hard to lose this baby weight!” Thankfully, everyone responded to her statement with kindness.
As fans reminded Sammi, she looks “beautiful.” But also, “I can’t believe we’re still body shaming” each other. Anyhow, “She just had her first baby… her body is teaaaaaaa regardless.”
Sammi and Jenni just filmed the final season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. It’s been a wild ride for this cast. And we thank them all for their service.
