Queen Camilla was reportedly ready to move past her long-standing differences with Prince Harry just to spend time with his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, on their UK visit.
The wish will go unfulfilled as Prince Harry has come alone, unless Meghan Markle and the kids join him later on the trip.

According to Blast, if the reunion is possible, it will indicate a major shift in the dynamic between Prince Harry and his stepmother, especially after the Prince cast her in a brutally unfavourable light in his memoir, “Spare.” According to the memoir, Camilla had no interest in meeting Harry face-to-face. However, with time, the situation might have changed.
Katie Nicholl, a royal expert, had previously confirmed that Harry, Meghan, and the kids would visit King Charles and Camilla if they came to the UK.
“I’m told that the Queen is also very willing to meet them,” Nicholl shared with “The Royals Uncensored.” She also explained why the reunion may be a big turning point in the royals’ relationship with Harry, after they stepped away from royal duties and moved to California in 2020, as per Blast.
“I was speaking to a source close to her this week, wondering if she might not be present because of the frankly horrific things Harry has said about Camilla in Spare,” she added, “But no, if this meeting goes ahead, she wants to be there.” Harry has called his stepmother a “villain,” and “dangerous” in his memoir.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry’s UK trip with the family may have been disrupted because of the absence of state-funded security, which was refused to him for not being a working royal.
Prince Harry and Prince William were also seen stepping out together in London, attending meetings, without any intention to meet. This makes the possibility of a reunion circumspect.
