Brittany Mahomes’ latest Instagram Story featured her showcasing a workout routine with her kids. In it, she climbed up and down the stairs at her home while carrying her children one at a time. According to her, she turned her daughter, Sterling, 5, and son, Bronze, 3, into the ultimate workout finishers. For those unversed, the former soccer player also has a daughter named Golden, who turned one this January. She shares all three kids with her husband, NFL star Patrick Mahomes.

Brittany Mahomes’ new workout routine included her kids, Sterling and Bronze. The mother of three recently shared a video on her Instagram Story with an on-screen text. It read, “Last week this was my finisher for my workout,” with her adding two laughing emojis. She also highlighted, “Carried them up and down each a couple times.”
The clip began with Mahomes wearing blue gym gear. She carried her 5-year-old daughter on her back and climbed the stairs. When the 30-year-old was working hard at her new routine, Sterling was constantly looking towards the camera and her brother.
Bronze’s excited screams could be heard in the video. It appeared that he was cheering for his mom and sister while waiting for his turn. As Mahomes came down the stairs, the 3-year-old couldn’t contain his excitement. He jumped on his mother’s back when she offered.
With enthusiasm and positive energy, the Kansas City Current co-owner carried her son up and down the stairs. Meanwhile, her daughter was waving at the camera while trying to record her face. As the device was placed a bit higher, the little one couldn’t reach it. However, her voice was crystal clear as she kept introducing herself.
The Instagram Story ended with Mahomes putting Bronze down and saying with heavy breaths, “Okay! We are done.”
