Kate Middleton may be ready to let the past go. A new insider claims the Princess of Wales is willing to put years of tension with Meghan Markle behind her. The alleged shift comes as King Charles is said to be making another push to reunite the royal family. While the rift is far from over, the latest claims suggest there may finally be room for reconciliation.
Kate Middleton is interested in ‘putting all the bad blood’ with Meghan Markle behind her, per source
Kate Middleton has reportedly become more open to putting her differences with Meghan Markle behind her. The claim comes from an insider, who alleged that the Princess of Wales is now more willing to move forward as King Charles continues his push to repair fractured family relationships.
According to the source, Charles believes the focus should no longer be limited to Prince Harry and Prince William. He is said to want the women to find common ground as well. The insider claimed that rebuilding those relationships could be an important step toward bringing the wider family back together.
“It’s not just Harry and William who need to find a way to get past all this, there’s also Kate and Meghan to consider,” the source told Heat Magazine. Not only that, they alleged that Charles is optimistic because Middleton has already expressed an interest in “putting all the bad blood behind her.”
Part of that optimism seems to stem from Harry’s recent public comments. While visiting Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Harry called William “my brother” during a conversation with a young football fan. According to the insider, Charles viewed the remark as more than casual conversation. Instead, the source claimed he saw it as a sign that Harry may be ready to ease tensions.
As such, the King is said to be more hopeful about the future. The insider suggested Charles believes Middleton could help move the process forward because she is “very much about forgiveness these days.” Further, the source alleged that he is relying on her “natural grace and diplomacy” to help ease lingering tensions.
