Neither Harry nor his representatives have confirmed that he underwent any procedure.
According to Radar Online, a source told them that Harry’s hair had become a regular topic of public conversation. The source also warned against making assumptions about celebrity cosmetic procedures. They suggested such speculation could create unrealistic expectations about hair restoration.
Dr. Abdulaziz Balwi, Medical Director and Co-Founder of Elithair, discussed the factors affecting transplant outcomes. He explained to Radar Online, “Outcomes depend on donor density, the stage of hair loss at the time of surgery, the technique used, and how well aftercare is followed.”
Hair specialists have noted that male pattern baldness is progressive. Patients could therefore continue losing existing hair following a successful transplant. Additional treatments may sometimes be necessary to manage ongoing hair loss.
Harry has previously spoken publicly about his changing hairline. During a July appearance on the Joe Marler Will See You Now podcast, he joked about his hair. “There’s nothing really happening on top,” he reportedly said, adding that he tried “not to look at what’s happening.”
For now, speculation about Harry’s hair transplant remains unconfirmed. The Duke has never publicly acknowledged undergoing the procedure. His changing appearance will likely continue attracting attention as discussions about royal hair loss persist.
