The 57-year-old stepped out in LoveShackFancy’s ‘Umber Cotton Maxi Cover-Up Skirt.’ A $295 design in the pale Chaparral Blue color. Crafted from lightweight cotton, the floor-grazing skirt featured a delicate ditsy floral print that added to its soft, feminine feel.
However, its barely-there fabric and daring cut made the piece far more revealing than the average maxi skirt. The lightweight material appeared nearly see-through in the sunlight, subtly revealing Lopez’s legs underneath as she walked. A thigh-high slit cut into one side took things a step further, flashing even more leg with every stride.
The skirt also featured a wide smocked waistband. It sat comfortably around Lopez’s waist before flowing into a voluminous tiered silhouette. According to LoveShackFancy, the design was created to “move with ease,” with the high slit adding extra movement.
Lopez paired the romantic skirt with a white Free People ‘Darling Dreams Cami.’ The cropped top featured delicate straps, lace detailing, and a floaty hem. Thus leaving her midriff exposed and complementing the airy feel of her skirt.
She then elevated the laid-back outfit with a beige Valentino ‘raffia and leather Small Supervee crossbody bag’, complete with an oversized gold logo. Nude platform heels peeked out beneath her sweeping skirt, while oversized sunglasses, layered necklaces, and stacks of gold bracelets delivered plenty of glamour.
Lopez wore her long caramel-highlighted hair straight and loose down her back as she and Mackey made their way around Malibu. The pair were later photographed driving away together.
