Jayden, Britney Spears’ 19-year-old son, stepped out for the MAC Cosmetics House of Glass party in Los Angeles on August 12. His rare outing comes shortly after he shut down the bizarre online claims that his mother has been replaced by a clone.
Britney Spears’ son Jayden James made a rare appearance at a cosmetics party
Jayden, who took his first steps on the runway on June 26, modeling for Vetements’ Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 collection during Paris Men’s Fashion Week, turned heads with his look at the party. The budding model was photographed wearing an all-black top and a leather jacket. He paired the outfit with gray jeans and black loafers.
Britney’s son was joined by several familiar faces at the event. Gabbriette, rapper JT, Ashtin Earle, and Landon Barker were also among the guests at the event. The party was held to celebrate MAC Cosmetics’ Lustreglass Sheer-Shine Lipsticks and Stainglass Lip Tints, reports People.
Amid his recent public appearances, Jayden also addressed the bizarre clone theory surrounding his mother. He called the claims “ridiculous” and highlighted how easily misinformation can spread online.
During a July 17 livestream, he addressed the theory on Instagram, saying, “I hop on TikTok and everyone on TikTok—I see this one video that has 1.2 million likes, and the caption is like, ‘The biggest theory ever: Is Britney Spears still alive?’ Like, bro, you can go to her page and see her right now.”
Jayden continued, “People know how gullible people are, and they use that to their advantage. If it has a lot of likes, they believe it. They don’t even research it; they’re just, ‘Wow, yeah, it’s crazy.’ I believe it, though.”
Spears shares Jayden and Sean Preston with her former husband, Kevin Federline. The brothers recently made their runway debuts during Paris Fashion Week. While Spears did not attend the show, she reportedly showed her support by sending flowers to their hotel. Talking about it, Jayden said, as per Complex, “It was good to have that and to carry that with us before we went out there.”
