Annemarie Wiley has filed documents in a Los Angeles court seeking financial support from her estranged husband, Marcellus Wiley. She is asking the former NFL star to cover spousal and child support, along with more than $200,000 in legal fees amid their ongoing divorce battle.
Annemarie’s legal team submitted the documents to the court on Thursday, asking Marcellus to continue supporting the lifestyle she and their children had become accustomed to, at least until the court finalizes the divorce proceedings.
Although the 42-year-old has not requested a specific amount from Marcellus Wiley, she claims that expenses for the children’s healthcare, private school tuition and the home mortgage alone come to around $40,000 per month.
But that is not all. Annemarie Wiley also claims that the former NFL star stopped providing her with financial support around 19 months ago. She alleges that he accumulated around $100,000 in credit card debt that remains unpaid. According to Annemarie, the children’s tuition bill stands at $49,328.64, but instead of covering the full amount, Marcellus has asked her to pay half.
The nurse anesthetist also claimed that the former host is financially well-off, alleging that he once had a contract worth $2 million per year. In comparison, she said she spent nine years focusing on raising their children. She also referenced an alleged incident in which Marcellus was accused of nonconsensual sexual conduct involving one of her co-workers.
As for their divorce, Annemarie Wiley filed for divorce in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County on July 6, 2026.
