Gina Kirschenheiter may not have a wedding date yet, but she has already handled one major step. Her Real Housewives of Orange County friend Emily Simpson accidentally revealed that Gina already has a prenuptial agreement. Simpson then immediately admitted that she may have shared something she should not have.
Emily Simpson let slip that Gina Kirschenheiter already secured a prenup
According to Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” Simpson confirmed that Kirschenheiter already has a prenup. “She already got that,” Simpson said. “Maybe I shouldn’t have [said that].”
Kirschenheiter and fiancé Travis Mullen began dating in 2019 through a mutual friend. Both have three children from previous marriages. The couple got engaged in Big Bear in December 2025.
However, Kirschenheiter has not rushed into wedding planning. Simpson told Page Six that Gina loves being engaged and enjoys showing off her ring. But when people ask about the wedding, Simpson said, “It just fizzles.” She added, “It’s like the energy dies.”
Simpson also questioned whether Kirschenheiter’s slow approach feels fair to Mullen. She said the couple “need to get on the same page” about their future. According to Simpson, Gina should feel the same excitement about planning the wedding as she does about her ring. She added that the couple should pick a date and move forward together.
The couple faced challenges during Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18. Mullen and his children moved out of the home he shared with Kirschenheiter amid issues involving the mother of his children. Later, Gina and Travis worked through those problems and moved into a new home together.
Now, Kirschenheiter wants to grow their real estate agency and save money for their six children’s college expenses.
She recently told the outlet that they are “not anywhere near close to doing wedding planning.” She said, “I’m making boss moves right now, and I’m really enjoying that.”
For now, Gina would rather invest in herself and her business than spend money on a wedding. Still, she promised, “Let me get through some of the bigger things I want to accomplish, and then I’ll throw a rager.”
