Millie Bobby Brown Reveals Baby Daughter Has an Unexpected ‘Big Sister’

Millie Bobby Brown recently revealed that her dog, Winnie, has become a “big sister” to her baby daughter. During a magazine interview, the “Stranger Things” star opened up about her beloved pet and shared that the pooch is “really patient” with her toddler. Brown adopted her baby girl in 2025 with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.

Brown recently spoke about her pets and family in an interview with Vogue. Part of the conversation focused on her miniature poodle, Winnie, including a question about how the dog interacts with her toddler.

Although Winnie lives alongside Brown’s farm animals, she also has an important role in the family. The pooch seemingly looks after her little human companion. Responding to the interviewer’s question, the actress said, “She does a really good job of being a big sister. She’s really patient.”

The Bongiovi family reportedly has 10 dogs and several farm animals, but Winnie occupies a special place in Brown’s heart. Speaking about the pet, the young mom said, “She’s a little genius. I got her to help me with my anxiety, and she’s completely changed my life.”

Meanwhile, the Enola Holmes star has seemingly been enjoying motherhood. During a conversation on Celebrity Substitute, Brown revealed that her baby daughter has taught her the importance of “gentle parenting.” “I’m honestly worried that I’m not going to give good advice. I don’t want to knock anything out of them. I’m here as a mom now. So it’s a different lens,” she said.

“I think, honestly, before my daughter, I probably would have been like, ‘All right, here’s our boot camp.’” However, Brown has now embraced gentle parenting and wants children to feel “loved and supported.”
