One source claimed Tori’s team viewed Jennie as an unreliable friend during difficult times. The insider alleged Jennie had failed to support Tori through several personal struggles.
“Tori and her team are essentially accusing her former pal of being an epic flake,” the source said. The insider claimed Jennie had “turned her back on her during all her tough times.”
Tori had faced a turbulent period that included her divorce from Dean McDermott. She also navigated serious financial problems and spent time living in an RV.
However, people close to Jennie reportedly viewed the situation differently. They claimed the former Kelly Taylor actor had simply reached her limit.
“Jennie still loves Tori, but she can’t deal with the constant drama,” another source said. The insider added that Jennie would not apologize when she believed she had done nothing wrong.
Jennie nevertheless sounded genuinely disappointed by Tori’s departure from their shared project. She addressed the exit directly during an episode of 9021OMG.
“I’m sad she’s not finishing this out with us,” Jennie told listeners. “We started this together, and I’m sad about that.”
Jennie also said she felt “really happy” and “really excited” for Tori to “choose herself.” Yet another source claimed alleged accusations had left her increasingly frustrated.
“She insists she has been there for Tori,” the source said. The insider described the alleged conflict as “high school bitchiness.”
Other sources disputed claims of a serious falling-out between the longtime friends. Those insiders maintained Tori simply wanted to pursue different opportunities.
